The HIS included several modules, each provides different functionality.
- Import Leads: This module imports leads from different dialer systems. Among supported dialers you'll find Augutech, ETS, Orion Razor, Five 9 and any On-Line dialer. The HIS also capable to automatically import leads from online sources such as Service Magic.
- Confirmation: Display leads that are due for confirmation, allow the confirmation person to call and confirm a lead that is that both home owner and spouse are present, that address is correct.
- Dispatch: Manage confirmed leads, sends salesman, receive appointments results.
- Rehash: Reload leads after failed attempt to close a deal.
- Reschedule: When prospective customer cannot be reached, the appointment move here and canvasser will attempt to create contact the customer in order to create new appointment.
- Call Back: Show leads that are due for call back.
- Follow up: Show leads that sold and become a projects so canvasser can contact later in time and try to sale more products.
- Projects: Manage projects, estimates and production.
- Contacts: Manage entire contact database of the company. Employees, Canvassers, Contractors Salesmen and others contacts are all here.
- Customers: Manage customers of the company. (Leads that become projects.)
- Activities: Show open projects and open tasks for contractors to execute and complete.
- Reports: Set of reports that reporting all kind of business activities.
