When a salesman is sent to the  appointment, the Home Improvement Software places the lead in a "Wait For Results" status. When the salesman report the appointment results, the Lead Dispatch module pushes the lead the appropriate workstations: Either to production, or to the Rehash.

At every point in time, a lead is seeing and handled by only one module, at only one workstatioin, according to the lead stage.
